Ingredients
Scale
4 cups cubed seedless watermelon, frozen
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (or vegan yogurt for dairy-free)
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1/4 cup water or coconut water (add more if needed for blending)
Instructions
Place the frozen watermelon cubes, frozen strawberries, Greek yogurt, and lime juice into your blender.
Pour in the water or coconut water. Start with 1/4 cup.
Secure the lid and blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. Stop and scrape down the sides if necessary.
If the smoothie is too thick, add more liquid, one tablespoon at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.
Pour immediately into glasses and serve this thirst-quenching drink.
Notes
For an extra cold and thick smoothie, freeze your watermelon chunks overnight.
If you skip freezing the fruit, add 4-5 ice cubes to the blender for texture.
This recipe is naturally sweet, but you can add 1 teaspoon of maple syrup if you prefer more sweetness.
