Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 12 ounces white chocolate chips
  • 2 cups mini pretzels
  • 1/2 cup salted peanuts (optional)
  • Sea salt flakes for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set the sheet aside.
  2. Combine the peanut butter and white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
  3. Melt the mixture in the microwave using 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval until the mixture is smooth.
  4. Gently stir the mini pretzels and salted peanuts, if using, into the melted peanut butter and chocolate until all pieces are coated.
  5. Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Spread it evenly using a spatula.
  6. Refrigerate the bark for 2 to 3 hours, or until it is completely firm.
  7. Break the set bark into pieces of your preferred size. Sprinkle with sea salt flakes, if desired.

Notes

  • You can substitute milk or dark chocolate chips for white chocolate chips.
  • For maximum crunch, ensure the pretzels are coated but not overly saturated by the peanut butter mixture.
  • Store this homemade candy in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
